I am still grieving for the fire yesterday. It was horrible!
Fallen debris from the burnt out roof structure sits near the high altar inside Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France, on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Authorities declared Tuesday morning that the blaze had been contained as firefighters hosed the south side of the transept to cool down the building, and a district around the cathedral was sealed as military and police patrolled the area. My first flight was to Paris. For the first time in my life, I traveled alone abroad.
Then I was a student of about 17-18 y.o. It wasn’t an excursion, I stayed in the apartment of the family of a girl, who I had met some months ago in Petersburg. There lived: her father, her mother, my friend, her elder sister, her brother sometimes came to visit his family and stayed at sleepover and twins (her brother and her sister). And for two weeks – me…
Like now. I have so many ideas, what about to write, about to discuss, to laugh together, but absolutely have no time(((
I have now 4, hm, say, questions to close: I have started to change my shop at Etsy. It goes, but not so speed, as I would like.
The second “question” is my site. I want to write the posts about cosmetology, skin and hair problems and how can resolve them in your kitchen or in the garden, I want to tell you about aromatherapy and give some advice about the essential oils, I’dd like to answer your questions. I am going to open a small shop here with funny,, cool, natural, things (not only cosmetics) and I read and read a bundle of instructions about that and about that, sometimes I feel that my brain boils.
The third thing concerns my own cosmetology cabinet, that is almost ready, but however, there are yet many things to do.
The fourth ” problem&question” is that I want to write some small books about home remedies, aromatherapy, how not to spend a lot of money on the “firm” cosmetics and much more… My customers and friends have asked me about it for a long time.
The problem is that I have not finished making repairs in my apartment. Something here, there, need to buy something and wait, when it arrives.
So, I’d like to say THANK you, that you subscribe to my blog! I love you all!! And promise that the first 1000 subscriber will get a gift from me and my shop!
This is the text of my son. Later I will tell more about the history of using essential oils. It is very exciting.
Today we will talk about essential oils. Essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic liquid containing volatile (easily evaporated at normal temperatures) aroma compounds from plants. Essential oil is “essential” in the sense that it contains the “essence” of the plant’s fragrance—the characteristic fragrance of the plant from which it is derived. In contrast to fatty oils, essential oils typically evaporate completely without leaving a stain or residue. Essential oils are generally extracted by distillation, often by using steam. Other processes include expression, solvent extraction, absolute oil extraction, resin tapping, wax embedding, and cold pressing.

Aromatic plants, essences and oils have been used for ages in ceremony, religious observances, beauty care, food preparation and preservation, as incense, and for perfumes. Aromatic plants have also been the basis for herbal and botanical medicines and remedies for thousands of years. In India, Ayurveda utilized essential oils to help the body balance energy and achieve harmony with the outside world. The ancient Egyptians also harnessed the unique power of essential oils in their process of mummification, as we are shown in the hieroglyphics of their time. In the era of modern medicine, the term “Aromatherapy” first appeared in print in 1937 in a French book on the subject: Aromathérapie: Les Huiles Essentielles, Hormones Végétales by René-Maurice Gattefossé.

Different
essential oils may have drastically different pharmacology. Some act as locally
anesthetic counterirritants and, thereby, exert
an antitussive effect. Some essential oils, such as those
of juniper and agathosma, are valued for their diuretic effects.
Many essential oils affect the skin and mucous membranes in ways that are
valuable or harmful. Some essential oils, such as clove oil or eugenol, were
popular for many hundred years in dentistry as antiseptics and local
anesthetics.
Studies have shown that aromatherapy is very useful in treating psychological disorders such as stress, depression, and anxiety. By using essential oils to stimulate positive signals in your brain, you can significantly reduce negative emotional conditions. You may use these oils in an oil diffuser or a hot bath. Certain essential oils have powerful anti-inflammatory properties that, when applied to the skin, can reduce irritation and inflammation. These oils may either be applied directly to skin or used with a carrier oil.
