I am frustrated in such moments.

Like now. I have so many ideas, what about to write, about to discuss, to laugh together, but absolutely have no time(((

I have now 4, hm, say, questions to close: I have started to change my shop at Etsy. It goes, but not so speed, as I would like.

The second “question” is my site. I want to write the posts about cosmetology, skin and hair problems and how can resolve them in your kitchen or in the garden, I want to tell you about aromatherapy and give some advice about the essential oils, I’dd like to answer your questions. I am going to open a small shop here with funny,, cool,  natural, things (not only cosmetics) and I read and read a bundle of instructions about that and about that, sometimes I feel that my brain boils.

The third thing concerns my own cosmetology cabinet, that is almost ready, but however, there are yet many things to do.

The fourth ” problem&question” is that I want to write some small books about home remedies, aromatherapy, how not to spend a lot of money on the “firm” cosmetics and much more…  My customers and friends have asked me about it for a long time.

The problem is that I have not finished making repairs in my apartment. Something here, there, need to buy something and wait, when it arrives.

Honestly, I miss this feeling of lightness of life. You do not think about your work, children, credits. You live like a puppy (sorry!!): there is a gigantic bag with huge opportunities: to see for the first time mountains, seas, oceans, unusual plants, and flowers, to meet the cuisine of different nations, to not think about the weight!!! (I think the girls will understand me).

My dear friends, colleagues, sisters, today is the Woman’s Day – our day (although I think, that all days are ours, but we have to remember the long way to the gender equality, we have to remember our sisters in other countries, like Irak, Yemen etc).

I’d like that you look at our contemporaries, of different ages, of different skin colors, of different specialties. Just look at them and I am sure you as me also will be proud that we are women!

Bad weather, bad mood, bad job. But you are always free to stop at least some of these things.

We have now awfull weather: one day – snow, the next day – rain, then – the sun. It is Latvian spring (hehehehe). But it is a good time for the black humor!

My small repair

I have still a “small” flat repair.

Hm, flat repairs are never SMALL! If you only would like to change wallpapers on one or two walls, or put this table from the left corner of your room to the right one, or you have bought a new big mirror and you need more place in your living room, or you just like a bit more artistry or vintage or freedom in your flat and you think: aha, I will make a small repair and will be free in 2-3 days! Hahaha!!!

When you start, you understand, that it would be excellent to change the wallpapers on all 4 walls, or you have a new cute mirror, but the curtains are too old for this mirror, or you want only a bit of vintage in your bedroom, but you start to read the articles and books, watch the video and you understand, that you have to change almost all in your poor bedroom.

So, I have a huge small repair and cannot write about my lovely cosmetics and cosmetology and aromatherapy and make classes and show, what are there in my small, green shop of handmade cosmetics and not only, answer your questions😢😢😢

But. I can show you Awesome Animals 2019. It is really funny!

No! You should see 2018 year too!

Now, I hope, I go continuer to make repair.

A story about, how to survive in Latvia, get a job and become happy?

Many people think, how it is to survive in a new country, find a job and become happy?

I would like to share some things about my story and my store.

My first year of “surviving”. I have just open my shop of handmade cosmetics.

1.How to survive in Latvia

We, me and my son, moved to Latvia 7 years ago. He started to go to school and I thought, what to do with my work. I am a linguist, but wanted something new! And I choose handmade cosmetics.

2. To find a job

Since I started to run this small business, for three years I read, listened, studied in some medical schools, sought professional advice and made my first products to try them on myself, my family and my friends. Receiving my first order was absolutely thrilling. 

3. To make your own business a family business

Some years later my wonderful and very talented son joined me and I very appreciate his advice, his work, and his help. Quite recently my mother, who is an inexhaustible source of recipes for home and folk medicine, has started to help us and GreenCharm became a true family business.

4. Love world around you!

I know firsthand how important it really is to care for the environment, because in addition of looking after my store, I also look after and cherish my three adorable Chihuahua doggies!https://www.eea.europa.eu/soer-2015/countries/latvia

Our world is beautiful. It is a place of wonder that we simply have to preserve, have to save. By making our cosmetics and other items natural and “green”, we show our appreciation for the world we live in, for our green planet. 
We take care to ensure the quality and eco-friendliness of not just the ingredients we use in our products, but even the packaging material as well. Only the most recyclable and non-polluting packaging materials are used. Nothing here is wasted, nothing that can damage our ecology is used, and we want all of you to see the beauty of living green and natural, through our products made with care and passion. 

We are but a small, family business, yet the fact that we are still here means a lot for us, and especially for me.
